Celebrations and family re-union

We celebrated Helen's father's 90th birthday in Devon on the 10th July. Helen's sisters and brother came for the occasion from as far as Alaska and Gabriel was very happy to see his cousins again after nearly three years and they were happy to meet their new cousin Simeon. Kai's father came for two days from Leipzig. Mike and Volker had last seen each other at our wedding on the 11th July in 2002. Which reminded us also of our 5th wedding anniversary!

Visitors from Germany

This summer there'll be a constant flow of visitors mainly from Germany who'll come to see us in Corrymeela. It started off in June with two families from Muehltroff including four children. Gabriel was very happy to see some of his friends from our time in the Vogtland. We all had a great time with lots of fun and enjoyed a very lively week together.
